What originally was designed as a three-channel CIP system, has been remodeled as a six-channel system in our workshops and is now installed on site.
Commissioned originally to clean a new ketchup production plant, the Hysysco CIP system has been repurposed to clean a multi-product sauce plant for one of the World's largest sauce manufacturers.
In addition to adding three extra CIP delivery channels, the remodelling includes increasing the detergent tank capacity, changing the way terminal sterilent is dosed into the channels, incorporating a novel product recovery system and updating the software and controls to meet new site standards.
